CHCCC supports women’s health needs by providing the following:

• Well-woman visits

• Pregnancy testing

• Postpartum care

• Family Planning

• Routine gynecologic care

• Gynecological procedures, such as colposcopies

• Cervical cancer screenings

• Preventive screenings and follow‑up care 

The CHCCC care team works with patients to coordinate referrals, share relevant medical information, and support continuity of care before, during, and after specialty services are received.
